Chefs across Australia once again took up the challenge of creating mouth-watering mushroom dishes.

Over 1,900 restaurants, cafes, bistros, pubs and clubs around Australia joined Mushroom Mania in 2011. From fine-dining establishments, right through to corner cafes, the mushroom dishes served up in July were magnificent!
