We all enjoy the lovely mushroom pasta which is so tasty and loved by my 4 year old also.My wife also saute mushrooms in butter and a little red wine and fills the voulevonts and bakes it.A big hit with guests.

a glorious dish ..... mushrooms are my favourite so when a dish includes them, i will always order them, not every dish turns out to my liking, but i have ordered from here quite frequently lately to the point of shouting my friends breakfast..... i love a good meal filled with flavour and my god if i love the mushrooms, then hey xx they have got me xx

Mushroom and cheese Omelette

I had the privellege of eating a mushroom and cheese omellette for breakfast. The omellette was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of mushrooms and cheese. The omellette was light and fluffy and it was served with chips and salad. The chips were crisp and the salad had a lovely light dressing.

This is a simple dish using Chicken Tonight recipe base and drumsticks. I use a generous amount of marinated button mushrooms which I get from the deli and add them to the casserole then cook in the oven. Best part is when serving if using a slotted spoon you can give yourself a few extra and no one else has to know (LOL). Served with mashed potato it is simple and tasty

Mushroom Fettucine
Review :
Mushroom fettucine is a family favourite in my place. I head out to the local fruit and vegetable market at Fyshwick for fresh produce. I buy fresh fettucine, parmesan cheese,cream and Dom's Italian bread from the Mart Delicatessan. Then I walk past all of the wonderful smelling shops to Wiffens to buy a brown onion and button mushrooms. At home I dice the onion and slice the mushrooms and place them in a pan with olive oil and gently fry them. I add the mushrooms, cream, parmesan cheese and lightly season. I boil the fettucine in a pot and drain it and place it on a plate and top it with the mushroom sauce. I sprinkle extra parmesan cheese over the mushroom fettucine and serve the dish with the Italian bread. Then it is gobbled up with requests for more please!

For my steak, chops, chicken and all over the veggie's. Sliced mushroom, chopped onion and 1 clove garlic toast in hot pan with olive oil till soft, pinch salt and pepper. 2tbs wine, 1cups of thicken cream.

Cream of Mushroom Soup
Review :
500g field mushrooms, chopped
1 brown onion, sliced
1 clove fresh garlic, sliced
1 tbs butter
500 ml chicken / veg stock
500ml cream
Salt / pepper
Method:
Saute off your mushrooms, onions and garlic in a little olive oil & butter.
Add your stock and cream and bring to the boil. Then simmer gently for 30 mins.
Season with salt and pepper, and blend until smooth.

YUMMYYYYYY..........I am a great lover of risotto,infact im very fussy if its not cooked perfect then I dont eat it ........I was at the highway Inn for lunch today and ordered Mushroom Risotto with Truffles.It was the most amazing dish,the parmasen shavings on top just topped it off! flavours were balanced and creamy...def going back for more !!
